A Tourist in Your Own Town...

We enjoy compamy so much.  It's often the only time we take to tour our own beautiful area. This fall my Aunt and Uncle from Iowa came for a week visit. We took them to Vancouver Island(Butchart Gardens), Stanley Park, Granville Island just to give them a taste of some of our beautiful gardens here and the places unique to Vancouver.  On the ferry over to Vancouver Island it was fitting for the whales to make an appearance.

For me it was a treat to just get to spend some one on one time with them.  I have such a large family that that doesn't happen very often!
